Iranian Review of Foreign Affairs (IRFA) according to the license published by the Ministry of science and technology NO 612/90 date 2011/05/31 With the mission of identifying the Iranian view of international relations and the purpose of consolidating and collecting scientific and expert opinions in the field of foreign policy and international relations, is published in a bi-quarterly. Reviewing process.

Due to receiving a large number of articles, the editor or specialized secretary will base the initial evaluation on the bellow standards:

• Objectives and scope of the publication
• Being original and authenticity
• Not being published or under evaluation elsewhere
• Quality of article research

In this process, some are rejected and returned to the author and Some articles will be confirmed after copying in similar finder systems such as Samim Noor, and research health of the article would be sent for judging.

The reviewer either rejects the article based on criteria such as the authenticity and quality of the article or announces the required corrections to which the author refers.

General moral principles

IRFA journal strives to review and publish received articles and the publication process to ensure ethical practices. The ethical misconduct in this publication is unacceptable. IRFA journal publication protects the quality of the articles and considers plagiarism and any defect in the copyright to be unacceptable. Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to understand and follow the policies and guidelines provided by the journal.

IRFA journal follows the publication ethics guidelines provided by the Publication Ethics Committee (COPE) and the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.

The journal initially evaluates the articles received and then if approved by the appointed reviewer, the final evaluation will be done and in the last step, it announces the decision to publish online.

Authors should consider the following items:

• Avoid violating the intellectual rights of the works
• Declare any financial support and conflict of interest
• The authenticity of the submitted article and avoiding sending the article to another publication
• Report any inadvertent mistakes to the Office of the Journal and the Editor
• Guarantee the accuracy of the submitted article
• Commitment to the style and process of writing and submitting an article in the journal
• Respecting the financial and intellectual rights of fellow authors

The Reviewers must observe the following items:

• Confidentiality of received articles for evaluation
• Ensure impartiality in articles received for evaluation
• Maintain anonymity in the articles received for evaluation
• Attempt to accurately evaluate the received articles and their corrections, in order to increase and improve the quality of the articles
• Disclosure and declaration of any conflict of interest
• Respect in reminding the author to correct and avoid attacking her/him
• Not being responsible for the accuracy of the data and results in the received article

The editorial board and editor must comply with these requirements:

• Deciding to publish an article solely on the basis of merit
• Avoid commercial or political reasons for deciding to publish or influence articles
• If you are aware of any research and scientific misconduct in the article, carefully review and evaluate it
• Informing the judges of any correction of the publication of articles
