بازاندیشی در استراتژی‌های مدیریت بحران جمهوری اسلامی نسبت به رژیم صیهونیستی در پسا جنگ 12 روزه

چکیده
رفتار سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مواجهه با بحران‌های امنیتی منطقه‌ای، عمدتاً در چارچوب دکترین نوواقع‌گرایی تدافعی قابل تحلیل است. با این حال، خصومت رژیم صیهونیستی در جنگ 12 روزه، کارآمدی این الگو را با چالش مواجه کرده است. ازاین‌رو، بازاندیشی در دکترین امنیتی ایران به ضرورتی راهبردی بدل شده است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی–تحلیلی و مبتنی بر داده‌های اسنادی، به بررسی ضرورت تحول در دکترین امنیتی و استراتژی‌های نوین ایران پس از جنگ ۱۲ روزه می‌پردازد. در دکترین امنیتی ایران، ویژگی‌های منحصر به فرد بحران‌های منطقه موجب شده تا سیاست حل بحران بر مبنای عنصر "خودیاری و معمای امنیت" شکل گیرد. ایران تاکنون، ارتقای توان دفاعی، بازدارندگی فرامرزی، موازنه‌سازی و کنترل تهدیدات رادنبال کرده است. در مقابل، رژیم صیهونیستی با تشکیل ائتلاف‌های منطقه‌ای، استفاده از موازنه پنهان، توسعه سامانه‌های دفاع موشکی و بهره‌گیری از راهبرد درگیرسازی ایالات متحده در منطقه از مسیر امنیتی‌سازی ایران به مقابله با تهران بپردازد که نمود آن در حمله تجاوزکارانه اخیر رژیم صیهونیستی آشکارگردید. با تشدید تهدیدات، ضرورت بازنگری عمیق در راهبردهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی بیش از پیش برجسته می‌شود. در این چارچوب، تمرکز بر افزایش توان تهاجمی، تقویت بازوهای ژئوپلیتیک، مدیریت بحران‌های کنترل‌شده و گسترش همکاری‌های استراتژیک منطقه‌ای، به‌ویژه در حوزه خلیج فارس و سطوح فرامنطقه‌ای، اهمیت مضاعف می‌یابد. تأکید بر ژئوپلیتیک دریاپایه، موازنه فراسرزمینی، بازدارندگی پیچیده و مثلثی، و بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های پیشرفته غیرهسته‌ای می‌تواند ظرفیت‌های تدافعی و تهاجمی کشور را به‌صورت هم‌زمان ارتقا دهد.
