چندجانبه گرایی در آسیای شرقی و سیاست نگاه به شرق ایران

چکیده
چندجانبه گرایی به همکاری و هماهنگی بین کشورها با هدف دستیابی به اهداف مشترک می‌پردازد. چندجانبه گرایی به خصوص در منطقه شرق آسیا نقش مهمی در تسهیل همکاری و هماهنگی بین کشورها برای مواجهه با چالش‌ها و بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های مشترک دارند. این سیاست با تشکیل نهادها و مکانیسم‌هایی مانند اتحادیه‌ها و نهادهای منطقه‌ای، ترویج تجارت و سرمایه‌گذاری، تبادلات فرهنگی و آموزشی، و حل و فصل منازعات منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی کمک می‌کنند. مقاله حاضر به این پرسش کلیدی پاسخ می دهد که روند چندجانبه گرایی در شرق آسیا چه تأثیری بر سیاست نگاه به شرق ایران گذاشته است؟ در پاسخ به این سوال و با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی، به بررسی رویکردها و استراتژی‌های مختلف کشورهای آسیای شرقی در ایجاد نهاد های چندجانبه از قبیل آسه‌آن به علاوه سه، منطقه آزاد تجاری چین- آسه‌آن، بانک سرمایه‌گذاری زیرساختی آسیایی و ابتکار یک پهنه و یک راه که منجر به تقویت سیاست نگاه به شرق ایران شده است، پرداخته شده است. شرکت در چندجانبه گرایی شرق آسیا برای ایران فرصت‌های اقتصادی، دستیابی به منابع و بازارهای جدید، تقویت فناوری، تقویت روابط سیاسی و دیپلماسی و تعامل با نقش‌آفرینان منطقه‌ای را به همراه دارد. این دلایل می‌توانند ایران را ترغیب کند تا در چارچوب چندجانبه گرایی شرق آسیا نقش بگیرد و روابط خود را با کشورهای منطقه توسعه دهد. این پیشنهادها ممکن است شامل تقویت تبادلات اقتصادی، ایجاد مکانیسم‌های همکاری سیاسی و امنیتی، تسهیل تبادلات فرهنگی و آموزشی و ترویج دیپلماسی عمومی بین کشورهای مربوطه باشد.
