بازنگری تحلیلی سیاست خارجی ایران و توسعه اقتصادی

چکیده
موفقیت دولت توسعه‌گرا در شرق آسیا، بار دیگر نقش دولت را در فرآیند توسعه به اثبات رساند و ضعف نظریه‌های نئوکلاسیک را در تأکید بر نقش بازار به‌عنوان یک نیروی متعادل‌کننده روشن کرد.
یکی از متغیرهای لازم برای تشکیل دولت توسعه‌یافته، بستر بین‌المللی است. به نظر می رسد مانند بسیاری از دولت های شرق آسیا، مسیر توسعه در ایران پس از انقلاب از طریق تشکیل
دولت توسعه ای در چارچوب نظام بین المللی موجود است. اما واقعیت چیز دیگری است. از این رو، اهداف مقاله حاضر عبارتند از: 1- بررسی رابطه بین بستر بین المللی
و شکل گیری دولت توسعه در ایران. 2- بررسی نقش ایالات متحده در روند تشکیل دولت توسعه ای در ایران. 3- بررسی ابزارهایی که آمریکا برای ممانعت از تشکیل دولت توسعه‌یافته در ایران به کار گرفته است.
و 4- بررسی نقش رفتار سیاست خارجی ایران در شکل گیری دولت توسعه ای. سؤال اصلی مقاله حاضر این است که موانع بین المللی تشکیل دولت توسعه ای در جمهوری اسلامی ایران چیست؟
فرضیه اصلی این مقاله عبارت است از: بستر بین‌المللی، موقعیت هژمونیک آمریکا در نظام بین‌الملل و موانع مختلف سیاسی و اقتصادی و تحریم‌های اعمال‌شده توسط آمریکا مانع از تشکیل دولت توسعه‌گرا
در جمهوری اسلامی ایران شده است. یافته های تحقیق فرضیه این پژوهش را ثابت کرد.
